The three of us just spent the last 5 days together in Pittsburgh.
We took out, displayed and reorganized all the submissions on every flat surface in Laura’s house. Once again, we were amazed by everyone’s generosity and were a bit overwhelmed, to say the least.
We devised a plan for preparing the elements for installation
and took some time to plan the opening events (more information to come).
It was not all work: We visited the gallery to begin to visualize how it will all come together;
popped in on the Pittsburgh Polymer Clay Guild Clay Day who were getting ready for some cool demos;
met several times with Martha, our awesome graphic designer to discuss the catalogue; and scouted for installation materials for the Forest.
We also had a lot of laughs. But now the real work for us begins! We will keep you updated.
